From the end of the 19th century, multiple local grape varieties have gradually disappeared, victims of various crises, including one of the most famous: phylloxera.
This Monday at the domain, TrĂ©sors vivants du Centre – URGC organized a meeting with the objective of acting for the rare grape varieties.
Some reimplantation projects have already been implemented in previous years by this fine organization. Other varieties are only present in conservatories.
It is important to act in order to preserve this diversity, but also to offer you original wines.
